I just wanted to send you an e-mail to let you know how wonderful your Minneapolis office staff has been to work with throughout my BKL filing. I met with Darcee and she absolutely is the BEST!! So helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and organized. She answered all my questions and calmed my nerves. Additionally, every time I have called or e-mailed the office I have been helped immediately and professionally. The hearing at the courthouse went smoothly with the help of Mary.
Making the decision to file BKL was very difficult for me because I took great pride in maintaining a good credit history. But due to my divorce and no ex-husband’s failed business I found myself without a choice. So THANK YOU again to your staff for making this process as good as it could be.
