PERSONAL INTRODUCTION
Jackson graduated from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities with degrees in classical language and biblical studies. He graduated cum laude with a business law certificate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota in 2023 and was admitted to the bar shortly thereafter.
At Walker and Walker, Jackson has been a legal assistant, paralegal, and attorney, so he has experience helping clients at every stage of the bankruptcy process.
WHY HE PRACTICES BANKRUPTCY LAW
Jackson has seen many clients initially feel defeated when declaring bankruptcy. His favorite part of the job is seeing these same clients emerge from their bankruptcy cases feeling less stressed, happier, and living better lives. Thus, Jackson believes the bankruptcy process is a pathway—at times the only pathway—to a life that can once again be worthwhile.
Jackson has seen the damage caused by financial stress. Beyond the toll this stress takes on an individual person, that person’s family, too, may be suffering. He is a firm believer that lifting this financial stress from one person sets their entire family free as well. To him, there are few greater callings in law.
Jackson also enjoys the legal work involved in the bankruptcy process. In fact, one of his hobbies in his free time (perhaps sadly so) is reading bankruptcy law treatises. The fine legal aspects of the bankruptcy process are not a mere job nor skill for Jackson, but a passion. He is determined to bring each one of his clients the best results the law permits.
If you are experiencing financial difficulty and stress, Jackson would love to meet you and work with you to help get your life back on track.
