Before you file for bankruptcy relief, you must complete a pre-bankruptcy credit counseling course. There are many providers of this course available. The price varies greatly from course to course, but they all give you the same certificate.
If you are one of our clients, then we give you a letter with several providers, and instructions on how to do the pre-bankruptcy credit counseling course. If you don’t have this letter, then please call our office and ask for it.
