Dear Mr. Walker,
I am writing to thank you for your service and representation with my bankruptcy filing which was recently discharged.
I also want to thank your staff for their assistance, bot those who courteously and promptly answered my questions over the phone, and especially Lisa Falk for her efforts in preparing and making the filing.
Last summer I visited your office to discuss my financial situation with you and to learn about the bankruptcy process and how it might apply to my circumstance.
You generously provided as much time as I needed, answered my questions, and provided the perspective I needed to objectively evaluate what had been a longstanding and extremely stressful period of financial turbulence.
In short, you advised that I look at my circumstance and bankruptcy as a business decision.
That was absolutely the correct point of view, and I am grateful for your counsel because it made clear to me that declaring bankruptcy was an appropriate and necessary solution that would allow me to gain a fresh start.
Having now gone through bankruptcy I am much better educated about credit, budgeting, debt collection, legal rights/obligations- many important knowledge areas that I consider essential for moving forward.
In addition to your face-to-face counsel I will tell you I found your bankruptcy truth booklet very helpful.
It has good, practical information that helps remove some of the uncertainty or even fear people may have when deciding whether to file bankruptcy.
Bankruptcy may not be appropriate for everyone, but it was for me, and prior to visiting your office I simply didn’t have enough information to see that.
Thank you again for your assistance,
Leanda Andrade at the Nicollect Ave South office was so helpful.
I was on my last leg and when I say she pulled through, she pulled through.
I have always had doubts about going through them because I felt like they couldn’t help me but after the other day she completely proved me wrong.
Thank you so much Leanda you have no idea what I was going through and how you helped me thank you thank you thank you.
Thank you so much for helping me with my bankruptcy filing. I am really appreciative.
We helped Ms. N. move on in life after her store failed and left her with six figures of debt from a personally guaranteed lease. She filed a Chapter 7 and was able to keep her assets and job and get a fresh financial start.
We appreciate all your help!
Thanks for making this process quick and easy.
We are grateful for your help and this opportunity to start over!
We helped Mr. & Ms. L. move on in life after one of their daughters was in a car accident and they were facing wage garnishment. They are now able to use bank accounts without fear of having them frozen and are focusing on careers and raising their family.
Dear Mr. Walker,
I wanted to send a note saying thank you for the fantastic job that was done by your office staff, and attorney Alyssa George.
My questions were answered promptly, I was kept informed on each new step of the process, the fee I felt was very reasonable.
The day of my hearing I did not have to sit for hours in the courtroom waiting for my case to be called.
All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. It made a very stressful time seem a little less stressful and frightening.
I would highly recommend your office to anyone needing your services. Again, thank you so much to you and all your staff.
We helped Ms. R financially recover from an injury and stop living paycheck to paycheck. She is now saving for her retirement and concentrating on her health.
We wanted to thank you so much for taking us to court and helping us with the bankruptcy.
Congrats again on your baby boy coming, you will be a great dad!!
P.S. Thanks again to Amber for being so patient with us.
THANK YOU and your colleagues for everything. Because of your help, I am able to start a new life with a home of my own.
You can never imagine what a difference all of you made for me.
Many blessings to you and your co-workers, including Mr. Walker.
We helped Ms. B. file bankruptcy some years ago. She just requested her bankruptcy documents to qualify for a mortgage on buying a house.
Dear Mr. Walker, on May 18th we spoke on the phone and you were kind enough to explain to me that a loan has 2 parts in bankruptcy.
The personal part is discharged, but the lien part survives until I pay it off, sell, die, or refinance.
Your explanation will be so helpful when I refinance.
Thank you so much for taking the time to explain it to me. It is greatly appreciated.
Ms. D. called to ask questions about refinancing her loan 5 years after filing bankruptcy. Walker & Walker had complete records of her case and Andrew Walker took 10 minutes to explain everything. She will soon have a better interest rate.
Curtis K. Walker
I would like to thank your team for the help you gave us in our bankruptcy.
It has now been discharged.
This was not easy for us. . . but the banks refused to help us and so thank God for your firm.
Being self-employed has always been an issue and sometimes very hard to explain.
Fortunately thanks to your team and especially Anastasia Kazmina.
She has done a wonderful job helping us through this process and we will always remember her help.
Thanks again. . . and I will always mention Curtis Walker when friends or customers run into this difficult situation.
Walker & Walker Law Offices, PLLC helped the W’s get through a time of difficult cash flow for their business and get back on their feet.
I wanted the team at Walker & Walker to know I am put at ease to move forward to a fresh start after meeting with Alyssa George and Meara White.
They gave me clarity and some peace of mind in an uncertain and complicated crossroads.
I look forward to a fresh start and am grateful to the the team at W&W on my side!
