Hello Mr. Walker,
I know you probably don’t remember me but you truly hepled me about 4 years ago, you and your office. You have a great staff! I am sending you a short note to let you know because of you helping me I was able to start over in my life. Thank God! That that I am helping other women and children who are homeless. I have referred several people to your firm, I am asking for your support in what we are doing in our communities to help people! Thank you for your help and thank you for all you do!
Thank you to all at Walker & Walker for making the bankruptcy process manageable, and for relieving a huge financial stress. I appreciate all you do, and I wish you all a great and relaxing holiday season.
We helped Ms. M. discharge almost $50,000 in high-interest credit card debt so that she could focus on paying down her student loans and re-establishing her credit. We went through her credit reports afterwards and everything was reporting correctly. She will have good credit in no time!
Thank you so much for all your help in filing my bankruptcy for being so respectful and patient. You made an incredibly difficult situation so much better and for that I’m very grateful. You and everyone else in your office has exceeded anything I could have expected or imagined. Best wishes to all of you!
We helped Ms. O keep her house by including her credit card debts in chapter 13 with a $100/month payment. This meant she didn’t have to borrow against her house and use her home equity to catch up on unsecured debt.
Thank you for being there for me at a very hard and difficult time in my life. I’m so appreciative that I chose the best firm. From day one you helped when I came to your office in Blaine. You helped me feel like family and really cared about me and my well-being. Thank you with all my heart.
Ms. T.
Walker & Walker helped Ms. T. avoid getting sued for a credit card debt and stop living paycheck to paycheck. She is now making enough money to live comfortably and is saving for retirement.
Mr. Walker and staff of professionals:
I am overwhelmed with gratitude for everyone’s hard work, diligence, support and kindness throughout my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy filing.
Everyone there made this a lot easier to accept. It was a step I really didn’t want to resort to but became my best option in the end.
It was my sincere privilege to have had Walker & Walker represent me and allow me the chance for a new start. Thank You!
Ms. L.
Dear Mr. Walker,
I don’t know how long ago you helped us. You would know. It was over ten years ago. We were in deep, deep debt. Since Mrs. M handled the finances, I didn’t know how bad it was. She tried to hide it from me. She had turned to borrowing cash from credit card companies and I was astounded when I found out we were $100,000 in debt.
She was carrying a very heavy load and I didn’t know the extent of it.
One night, at 3 AM the Lord woke me, told me to go to the computer and look up bankruptcy. I had such pease as I read about it. Then I went and woke Mrs. M. to show her what I had found. I would tell you of her response but there are no words to describe the instant hope and freedom that she found.
Shortly thereafter we were led to you.
Mrs. M thought that if you claimed bankruptcy you would lose your home. She thought that you would lose everything. We went through the process with you and were able to keep everything. We kept our home and everything in it. We kept our cars. We kept our retirement savings.
When we finished off our bankruptcy debt, you told us that only one in four do that.
And now we are living in complete financial security. Our home is paid for. We use the credit card every month but pay it off completely every month. We have not paid a nickel to interest in years. Our credit rating is over 800.
We both have social security checks comin in monthly. And I have come up with the perfect retirement plan. I am 72 and work at _______ for 24 hours a week. I have all my days off except Saturday. And I make much more per hour than most who work retail.
When customers come in I give them great customer service and get them in the right boots. But 70% of the time no one is there. And since I’m the only one working in the store, that gives me time to do many things. I read Scripture, I pray, I write and I play hearts. I am a volunteer for helping veterans, and much gets done to help them during down time at the store.
I tell you, it’s like not working at all. I’m in great shape and will be able to do this for years.
But our financial security started when you showed us the way. You are a lawyer and probably would say that this is what you do. But I would call it your ministry.
On your television ads you speak of the financial freedom one could have. We are living proof of your testimony and we just wanted to write and thank you.
Dear Amber,
You were right! The hearing wasn’t as terrifying as I imagined it would be. I’m looking forward to my fresh start. It was a pleasure meeting you! I really appreciate all your help in this process.
I really hope that you pursue finding a church home and more importantly salvation in Jesus Christ! He makes all the difference in our lives. If I can be of any assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
May the lord bless you, and keep you and your family healthy. You’re doing great work! Thank you Again.
Ms. W.
Dear Mr. Walker,
I am writing to thank you for your service and representation with my bankruptcy filing which was recently discharged.
I also want to thank your staff for their assistance, bot those who courteously and promptly answered my questions over the phone, and especially Lisa Falk for her efforts in preparing and making the filing.
Last summer I visited your office to discuss my financial situation with you and to learn about the bankruptcy process and how it might apply to my circumstance.
You generously provided as much time as I needed, answered my questions, and provided the perspective I needed to objectively evaluate what had been a longstanding and extremely stressful period of financial turbulence.
In short, you advised that I look at my circumstance and bankruptcy as a business decision.
That was absolutely the correct point of view, and I am grateful for your counsel because it made clear to me that declaring bankruptcy was an appropriate and necessary solution that would allow me to gain a fresh start.
Having now gone through bankruptcy I am much better educated about credit, budgeting, debt collection, legal rights/obligations- many important knowledge areas that I consider essential for moving forward.
In addition to your face-to-face counsel I will tell you I found your bankruptcy truth booklet very helpful.
It has good, practical information that helps remove some of the uncertainty or even fear people may have when deciding whether to file bankruptcy.
Bankruptcy may not be appropriate for everyone, but it was for me, and prior to visiting your office I simply didn’t have enough information to see that.
Thank you again for your assistance,
Mr. L.
Leanda Andrade at the Nicollect Ave South office was so helpful.
I was on my last leg and when I say she pulled through, she pulled through.
I have always had doubts about going through them because I felt like they couldn’t help me but after the other day she completely proved me wrong.
Thank you so much Leanda you have no idea what I was going through and how you helped me thank you thank you thank you.
